Australian Venue Co has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Team on a 6-month maternity leave contract, with the potential for a permanent role.


This role will focus on venue-specific marketing and brand execution across our portfolio of pubs, bars, restaurants, and hospitality brands. We are looking for a creative and driven individual to help shape how our venues show up visually across digital, print, and in-venue channels-bringing brand stories to life and supporting campaigns that drive guest engagement and revenue.


Bring your creativity to life by conceptualising and producing visually compelling designs for venue campaigns, brand initiatives, and digital platforms. Collaborating with marketing teams and venue stakeholders, you'll ensure each campaign resonates with our audience and communicates the unique identity of each venue.




What will you be doing?

• Produce high-quality graphics and artwork for print and digital distribution, ensuring designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and optimised for various formats including posters, menus, flyers, digital banners, social media assets, in-venue screens, and signage.
• Collaborate closely with marketing teams and venue stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and audience needs.
• Present and refine design concepts based on stakeholder feedback.
• Maintain and organise a digital library of design assets, templates, and brand resources.
• Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices to bring fresh ideas to venue marketing.
• Adapt designs across multiple brands, platforms, and formats while maintaining brand integrity and consistency.
