The Opportunities:
The objective of the Change Manager is to lead change management across multiple initiatives, agile teams, customer journeys, or complex programs, either independently or by guiding a small team. The role delivers change analysis, planning and implementation to ensure people are ready for change and that intended outcomes and benefits are realised. It requires strong application of change management expertise and AIA’s change framework to manage stakeholders and influence outcomes, while also contributing to the change community through coaching, mentoring and support of the Head of Change Capability.
To do this successfully you will:
- Provide change thought leadership by influencing strategic outcomes, defining clear change goals, and shaping the overall change approach to explain what is changing and why.
- Lead end to end change planning and delivery, including business engagement, implementation and embedding, to ensure people are supported through the journey and benefits are realised.
- Reinforce and sustain change by co designing measurement approaches that enable the business to monitor adoption, drive accountability and embed new behaviours.
- Apply complementary capabilities such as human centred design, agile ways of working, psychology of change, digital enablement and data driven insights to strengthen change outcomes.
