Profile Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience in digital marketing, with hands-on experience in both SEO and paid search. Dual-channel experience is required for this role.
- Paid search experience is required; paid social experience is preferred. Note that the initial scope of this role is SEO-weighted, with paid responsibilities expanding as the service model scales.
- Strong proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, GA4, and Google Search Console.
- Experience implementing local SEO campaigns across multiple markets, including Google Business Profile optimization.
- Experience conducting website audits and implementing ongoing SEO recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate insights into actionable optimizations.
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills, with the ability to clearly explain performance insights and campaign updates.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with Unbounce or similar landing page platforms.
- Experience with schema markup implementation (apartment, FAQ, or review structured data).
- Familiarity with local listing platforms including Uberall, Mapbox, Apple Maps, or Bing Local.
- Familiarity with emerging AI integrations in search and digital marketing and how they may impact strategy and execution.
