Full Stack PHP Developer

About this role

• **Work Arrangement:** Work from Home (Must be PH based)
• **Working Days:** Mondays to Fridays if Mid or Night Shift; Tuesdays to Saturdays if Morning Shift
• **Available Shift Options (You may choose):** PH Morning shift 6 AM, PH Mid shift 5PM or PH Night shift 10 PM
• **Note:** Must have exposure on Advertising Technology / Marketing Technology industry/projects

This role is ideal for a hands-on senior engineer who can also provide technical leadership, help prioritize development initiatives, improve execution timelines, and support a growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will work closely with product and leadership stakeholders to drive architecture, development processes, and delivery execution while remaining deeply involved in coding and technical problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Lead and contribute to full stack development initiatives for the IntentWave platform
• Collaborate closely with product and business stakeholders to prioritize projects and execute roadmap initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers and contractors
• Help improve development workflows, execution timelines, and engineering prioritization
• Participate in architecture discussions and scalable SaaS platform development
• Support integrations with advertising and marketing platforms
• Contribute to ongoing payments and infrastructure projects, including Stripe integrations
• Work in an agile, fast-moving product environment
