This is an exciting opportunity for a versatile software developer to build secure, scalable applications and integrations within a mission-driven organization focused on environmental sustainability. In this remote role, you will develop solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem, connecting enterprise platforms, cloud services, and customer-facing applications. You will focus primarily on backend development and system integration while contributing to responsive, user-friendly frontend experiences. Working closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and technical teams, you will translate complex requirements into reliable, production-ready solutions. You will also play a key role in improving application performance, strengthening security, and resolving technical issues through proactive monitoring and continuous improvement. ### Accountabilities:

• **Full-stack application development:** Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain secure, production-ready applications using C#, modern .NET, React, JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and related technologies.
• **API development and integration:** Build and maintain RESTful APIs, backend services, and cloud-based integrations using Azure API Management, Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Durable Functions, and other relevant Microsoft Azure services.
• **Enterprise platform connectivity:** Develop and support integrations across Dynamics 365 CRM, Business Central, Power Platform, Microsoft Graph, web applications, and external systems using reusable APIs, events, workflows, webhooks, and middleware patterns.
