About this role

Position: FULL STACK DEVELOPER

Salary range: up to Php 150,000 Philippine Peso *(The final amount will be at the the client discretion basing on the candidate’s skills and experience.)*

Working Hours: Monday to Friday following New Zealand business time

Work set-up: 100% Remote work (Independent Contractor Agreement)

Holidays: New Zealand Public Holidays

OVERVIEW

We are seeking two experienced Full-Stack Developers to join a remote engineering team building scalable, secure, and high-performance web applications. You will contribute to the development of mission-critical platforms used across multiple digital products and services.

This role requires strong technical depth across backend and frontend development, cloud environments, and API-driven architecture. You will also play a key role in shaping system design decisions and improving overall platform performance.

The environment is fully remote, agile, and async-first, with a strong focus on ownership, autonomy, and engineering excellence.

Key ResponsibilitiesFull-Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Python (Django, FastAPI, Tornado), JavaScript (React, Node.js), and PHP (Laravel, Symfony).
• Build responsive and intuitive frontend interfaces based on UI/UX designs (Figma, Adobe XD).
• Develop and maintain RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
• Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.

Database & Integration

• Design and manage relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Cassandra).
• Integrate third-party services such as payment gateways, analytics tools, and cloud-based APIs.
• Implement secure authentication and authorization systems (JWT, OAuth2).

DevOps & Cloud Support

• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or similar.
