## Tasks

We are currently looking for a Freelance Technical Recruiter based in the Philippines to support our growing recruitment projects.

Requirements:

Experience recruiting for technical roles (Software Engineers, DevOps, SRE, Product, etc.)

Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, JobStreet, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms

Experience working with international clients (Europe, US, APAC) is a plus

Good English communication skills

Ability to screen candidates and assess their suitability against job requirements

Experience with Web3, FinTech, SaaS, or startup hiring is an advantage

## Requirements

Responsibilities:

Source and engage qualified candidates

Conduct initial screening interviews

Present suitable candidates to the recruitment team

Coordinate interview processes when required

Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment records
