OPS MANAGER POSITION
Fin Tek Media is a fast-growing financial media brand built on a simple idea of applying an engineering mindset to investing. The focus is to share data-driven information by essentially being a financial news channel where the story is told through charts and data. What began as a YouTube channel is being built into a media company, with a long-term vision to expand into multiple content verticals and new platforms.
We are seeking a strategic, organized, and execution-oriented
Fractional Ops Manager
to take operational work off the founder's plate so the business can continue to grow.. This person will turn the founder's processes into documented systems, identify what can be automated, and own the feedback loops that keep the operation running.
The Fractional Operations Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining SOPs, identifying and scoping automations, supporting hiring, and managing sponsorship operations. This role will help create clarity, consistency, and forward momentum by establishing and refining the processes the business runs on, making each one repeatable, measurable, and owned.
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong mid-level operator who is tactical and execution-focused today but hungry to grow into broader strategic input as they invest time in the company.
