The Finance Operations Manager is responsible for guiding and developing a team to deliver accurate sales and financial data, analysis, and reporting that support business decision-making. This role combines leadership, performance management, and process optimization to ensure operational excellence. The Finance Operations Manager will mentor team members, manage escalations, oversee data integrity, and collaborate with business leaders to drive efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement.

What does a day in the life of a Finance Operations Manager look like?

• **Leadership & Development:** Lead and manage the financial operations team in Manila, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities. Address performance issues and foster a culture of excellence and accountability
• **Performance Management:** Monitor team performance against KPIs and SLAs, manage escalations, and drive continuous improvement through data-driven strategies
• **Data & Analysis**: Oversee collection, validation, reconciliation, and analysis of financial and operational data. Structure and interpret large data sets to identify trends, provide insights, and support business decisions
• **Business Support:** Collaborate with leadership and other departments to identify process improvements, optimize operations, and ensure timely and accurate order processing
• **Operational Excellence:** Manage sales and order data, productivity tracking, and data remediation efforts. Ensure compliance with company policies, partner agreements, industry regulations, and quality standards
