## About the Role

Are you an experienced Project Manager who knows Australian construction codes, subcontracts, and design processes inside out? We are seeking a sharp, proactive Offshore Senior Project Manager to join our team remotely from the Philippines!

In this role, you will be the central hub for our commercial and industrial projects—managing pre-construction design, trade procurement, financial administration, and remote site support. You will work closely with our AU-based Construction Directors, site managers, and trade partners to ensure projects run smoothly from Construction Certificate (CC) through to Occupation Certificate (OC).

## What You’ll Be Doing

• **Design & Pre-Construction:** Lead external AU consultant teams (architects, MEP, structural, fire, civil) from initial concept through to CC. Review drawings for constructability, BCA/NCC compliance, and value engineering.
• **Procurement & Contracts:** Draft detailed trade tender packages (civil, steel, services, finishes), level bids, negotiate subcontracts, and issue AS 4000 / AS 4902 agreements.
• **Program & Site Support:** Update and track the Master Construction Program (MS Project / Primavera), coordinate critical certifier/engineer inspections, and keep site teams supported on RFIs and revisions.
