We are looking for a highly skilled
Executive Recruiter
who thrives in ambiguous environments, operates with deep ownership, and builds trusted relationships with senior leaders. You will drive search strategy, stakeholder alignment, assessment, and closing for leadership roles across the business.
You will serve as a thought partner to executives, understand the nuances of each leadership role, and drive searches that require discretion, judgment, and an ability to navigate a fast-changing organization.

non-technical executive hires
across functions such as Finance, Operations, Legal, People, Policy, Comms, Product, and GTM.
What You’ll Do
Lead
end-to-end executive searches
or partner with dedicated executive sourcers to drive high-quality pipelines across non-technical functions (e.g., Finance, Legal, Operations, Policy, Comms, People, and GTM).
Build
trusted partnerships
with senior leaders; advise on role design, interview processes, calibration, and closing strategies. profiles, market mapping, and building diverse slates.
Deliver a
white-glove candidate experience

Operate autonomously on
