Executive Assistant

About this role

We’re a fast growing start-up with three founding members. Our founders own and operate multiple businesses, have raised $25m with y combinator and run a fast growing and successful marketing agency.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Executive Assistant to join our team full-time (8 hours a day). The role starts with a 1-day paid trial to ensure a good fit.

Responsibilities:

• Building AI agents to automate roles in the business
• Assist with building and organizing digital ads
• Light graphic design work using templates (e.g., Canva, Figma, or similar)
• Support marketing tasks in HubSpot and Loops (drafting newsletters, creating email flows, etc.)
• Monitor, organize, and send emails in Klaviyo and Shopify
• Create and update spreadsheets for tracking and reporting
• Handle general organizational and admin tasks as assigned

What We’re Looking For:

• High agency. You’ve always stood out as exceptional.
• Fluent written and verbal English
• Familiarity with graphic design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.)
• Comfortable working with marketing tools like HubSpot, Google Sheets, and email
• Highly organized and detail-focused
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to manage time effectively
• Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and processes
