UI / UX Designer

About this role

We are a tech-enabled property management startup looking for a UI/UX Designer to shape the overall user experience and interface design of our software applications. You will play a key role in designing intuitive, scalable, and user-centric experiences for users across multiple countries and cultures.

The ideal candidate is not just someone who can create visually appealing screens, but someone with strong design thinking capabilities — able to deeply understand user problems, translate business requirements into thoughtful user flows, and design experiences that are both functional and delightful.

You should possess strong UI/UX fundamentals and the ability to collaborate closely with product and engineering teams in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. User Research & Design Thinking

• Conduct user research, usability studies, and workflow analysis to understand user pain points across multiple countries and user demographics.
• Apply strong design thinking methodologies to solve complex product and user experience challenges.
• Translate business and operational requirements into intuitive and scalable user experiences.
• Create user personas, journey maps, information architecture, and interaction flows.

2. UI/UX Strategy & Product Design

• Define and maintain consistent design standards, design systems, and UI guidelines across products.
• Create wireframes, mockups, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using tools such as Figma.
• Design responsive and accessible experiences for web and mobile platforms.
• Ensure designs prioritize usability, clarity, and efficiency — not just visual aesthetics.

3. Collaboration with Product & Engineering

• Work closely with developers and product team members to ensure designs are
