eDiscovery Project Manager - $120,000 to $160,000

Overview:

APT Search is representing a boutique legal services firm hiring eDiscovery Project Managers to run Relativity matters end to end. Three openings: two aligned to PST coverage and one to CT or ET. These are remote roles suited to someone who lives in Relativity day to day, owns client relationships, and can act as the technical point of contact while a dedicated processing and production team handles execution behind them.

Responsibilities of this eDiscovery Project Manager:

• Own project management across active matters, from intake through production and close.
• Manage client requests directly and act as the day-to-day point of contact.
• Serve as the Relativity subject-matter expert for your clients, advising on workflow and best practice.
• Troubleshoot issues as they arise and keep matters moving to deadline.
• Coordinate with an in-house processing and production team, directing the technical work rather than executing it yourself.
• Keep clients informed with clear, timely communication throughout the matter lifecycle.

Requirements of this eDiscovery Project Manager:

• 3+ years of eDiscovery project management experience.
• Hands-on, day-to-day Relativity expertise. RCA certification a strong plus.
• Proven experience managing client relationships and acting as a technical point of contact.
• Strong troubleshooting instincts across the eDiscovery lifecycle (processing, review, productions).
