About Lumify Energy

Lumify Energy is a specialist renewable energy consultancy. We help landowners and organisations understand and improve the financial, commercial and contractual performance of their renewable energy projects.

Our work includes payment and revenue analysis, commercial reviews, forecasting, option appraisal and complex project-transition matters. We work remotely across financial, technical, commercial and legal disciplines.

The Role

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Senior Project Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day planning, coordination and delivery of client projects.

You will work closely with our Technical Director, clients and specialist contributors to turn complex information into clear plans, maintain momentum and ensure projects are delivered effectively.

This is an ownership role not simply a project-administration position. You should be comfortable working through ambiguity, asking the right questions, anticipating problems and recommending practical next steps.

You will manage a portfolio of live projects and help ensure that priorities, responsibilities, risks, deadlines and client expectations remain clear.

Key Responsibilities

Project planning and delivery

• Review project scopes, client requirements and available information.
• Translate broad or complex assignments into clear delivery plans.
• Define milestones, actions, owners, deadlines and dependencies.
• Identify missing information, decisions and delivery risks early.
• Maintain visibility across multiple projects and competing priorities.

Project coordination

• Monitor progress, blockers, deadlines and next steps.
• Coordinate work across technical, commercial, legal and operational specialists.
