Are you an experienced Project Manager who enjoys leading complex projects, solving problems in the field, and seeing your work come to life?

We're partnering with a growing, well-established
industrial and mechanical services company in Buffalo, NY
that's looking for a hands-on Project Manager to join its team.

This is an opportunity to manage meaningful projects, build strong customer relationships, and grow into a long-term leadership role.

What You'll Do

- Manage mechanical and industrial construction projects from planning through completion.
- Oversee budgets, schedules, manpower, subcontractors, and project profitability.
- Coordinate with field crews, engineers, vendors, and customers.
- Manage multiple projects ranging from smaller service work to
multi-million-dollar installations
.
- Visit jobsites, solve problems, and keep projects running safely, on time, and within budget.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of construction project management experience
, ideally in mechanical or industrial construction.
- Experience with HVAC, process piping, industrial equipment, or mechanical systems.
- Background working in
manufacturing plants, industrial facilities, or production environments
strongly preferred.
- Strong leadership, organization, budgeting, and communication skills.
- Someone comfortable working both in the office and out in the field.
