Ecommerce Accountant

We’re looking for an Operations & Inventory Accounting Assistant who can bring structure, control, and visibility to a fast-moving wholesale electronics business.

When inventory is tight, numbers are accurate, and reports are reliable, leadership can move decisively on buying, selling, and cash flow. Your work will make that possible.

This role is built for someone who likes systems, precision, and accountability. You’ll sit at the center of operations—connecting inventory, accounting, vendors, and reporting into one clear, reliable picture.

What You’ll Do

Control Inventory Movement

You’ll ensure every unit, purchase, and adjustment is tracked correctly—no gaps, no guesswork.

• Maintain accurate inventory records (purchases, counts, reconciliations)
• Track aging inventory and flag slow-moving SKUs early
• Produce weekly inventory performance reports

Tie Inventory to the Numbers

You’ll make sure the books reflect what’s actually happening on the ground.

• Upload and categorize purchase invoices in QuickBooks Online
• Match purchases to payments and reconcile deposits
• Support expense tracking, COGS reporting, and month-end cleanup
• Prepare weekly capital and financial performance reports

Build Clean Vendor Systems

You’ll organize documentation so information is always easy to find and trust.

• Maintain digital invoices and vendor records
• Collect W-9s, invoices, and payment terms
• Manage the vendor inbox and filing systems
• Keep shared drives and admin records clean and structured

Support Daily Execution

You’ll catch issues early and keep operations running smoothly.

• Send daily task confirmations and flag discrepancies
• Coordinate occasional shipping labels or freight pickups
• Communicate professionally with vendors and clients

• Strong English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online (required)
