As a People Analytics Data Scientist Intern, you’ll explore the intersection of AI, analytics, and workforce experience, building data-driven systems that transform the way employees engage, grow, and thrive. Inspired by the new wave of agentic analytics, this role blends data science, automation, and innovation to make people insights faster, smarter, and more actionable - helping drive positive change across our global organization.


You’ll contribute to pilot programs modernizing our People Analytics workflows - leveraging AI models, automation tools, and emerging technologies to enhance decision-making and deliver predictive, real-time insights into engagement, retention, and culture optimization.


This opportunity is open to Master's students entering their final year of study. This 10 week internship runs from May 27th, 2026 to August 7th, 2026 and is based in San Francisco, CA with Interns expected onsite three days per week.

  • AI & Automation Project Work: Contribute to a pilot initiative that uses AI to automate people analytics workflows — such as survey analysis and sentiment analysis from open-text feedback.
  • Data Pipeline Optimization: Help modernize how the team ingests, cleans, and integrates employee data across HR systems, surveys, and engagement platforms.
