About the Opportunity:

The DATA SCIENTIST role focuses on transforming diverse operational and product data into actionable, production-ready machine learning and analytical solutions. This position is responsible for independently managing data science projects that enhance decision-making and asset performance. The role collaborates across teams to frame business problems, develop models, and implement solutions that deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities:

• Translate business challenges into analytical questions and modeling tasks
• Prepare, clean, and validate various data types including time-series and unstructured data
• Develop and evaluate predictive and analytical models for forecasting, anomaly detection, and decision support
• Perform model error and sensitivity analyses to ensure reliability
• Communicate model results and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Apply experimental methods to evaluate the impact of models and products
• Write maintainable and tested Python and SQL code following software engineering standards
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deploy and monitor models in production
• Evaluate and prototype GenAI and LLM applications within defined use cases
• Adhere to data privacy, security, and responsible AI governance standards
• Mentor less-experienced team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
