About The Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Business Analyst II to join our team supporting the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA), Infrastructure and Risk Modeling Environment (IRME). In this role, you will serve as a vital link between mission stakeholders and technical teams, facilitating the assessment of business needs, workflows, and modernization opportunities. Your insights will guide project planning, enable informed decision-making for risk modeling, and enhance analytical capabilities. The position offers a flexible work environment, including remote and hybrid options, contingent upon government approval. You will be instrumental in analyzing existing systems, documenting requirements, and supporting modernization initiatives to improve DHS/CISA’s operational effectiveness.


Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, management, or a related field (or equivalent education and experience)
• 2-4 years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and financial analysis for IT projects
