The Role

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports, ensuring clear hierarchical visualization.
• Build operational and executive dashboards to monitor data quality, governance, and business KPIs.
• Architect and implement scalable semantic models and data pipelines.
• Collaborate with data architects and business stakeholders to deliver reporting datasets aligned with enterprise MDM strategy.
• Support the expansion of classification data models and translate complex data structures into actionable insights.
• Ensure alignment with data governance, lineage, and cataloging standards.
• Optimize performance of reports and datasets for large-scale, unstructured, and evolving data environments.

What You'll Need

• Strong experience with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, dashboards, and performance tuning).
• Hands-on experience with Prophecy (MDM/RDM) or similar MDM platforms.
• Solid understanding of data architecture, data modeling (hierarchical/relational), and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, ETL/ELT pipelines, and large-scale data processing.
• Strong understanding of data governance, lineage, and master data management principles.
• Ability to work in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment with distributed teams.
