The Role
As a Customer Success Manager, you are responsible for the overall quality of the customer relationship and for the deployment of Real-Time Process Optimization (RTPO) within our industrial clients' organizations.
As a trusted point of contact at the level of industrial management and executive committees, you combine a strong business orientation, a strategic advisory posture, and proven change management expertise. You drive the adoption of the Braincube platform in a systemic and scalable way, creating the conditions for measurable, lasting value for the client.
You are a key player in Braincube's growth: as the guardian of customer retention, you actively identify and create revenue development opportunities (upsell, expansion).
