Role Overview

As the E-commerce Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their brands are successfully positioned and growing on the Amazon platform. You will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing account health, and coordinating with internal teams to execute growth strategies. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of e-commerce brands and act as their main point of contact for all Amazon-related activities.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to launch new products and scale existing listings on Amazon.
  • Monitor account health, performance metrics, and sales data to provide regular updates and actionable insights to clients.
  • Coordinate with internal creative, advertising, and operations teams to ensure all client deliverables are met on time.
  • Conduct regular check-in meetings with clients to review progress, address concerns, and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Amazon Seller Central, including listing suppressions or account flags.
  • Stay up to date with Amazon’s changing policies and industry trends to provide expert guidance to clients.
  • Ensure a high level of client satisfaction and retention through professional and responsive communication.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer success, account management, or a related client-facing role.
