As a Senior Technical Project Manager on our Customer Experience and Engagement team, you’ll lead the delivery of complex technology programs that shape how utilities interact with their customers, from customer information systems (CIS) and billing platforms to digital self-service, contact center modernization, and engagement journeys. You’ll work directly with utility clients, internal delivery teams, and software partners to bring multi-stakeholder programs in on time, on budget, and aligned to measurable customer outcomes.
This role is a fit for a project manager who is equally comfortable in a steering committee, a sprint review, and a deep technical design discussion, and who genuinely cares about how the work shows up for the customer at the end of the line.
## In this role, you will:
- Lead cross-functional teams delivering customer experience and engagement technology programs across CIS, billing, contact center, and digital channels
- Plan, organize, and oversee complex multi-workstream projects, balancing scope, schedule, budget, and quality across utility, vendor, and E Source teams
