Job Description:
- Manage renovation and construction projects from pre-construction through project completion.
- Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
- Track project documentation, permits, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
- Review construction drawings, scopes of work, and contractor proposals.
- Facilitate project meetings and provide detailed status updates to stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions.
- Ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.
- Coordinate FF&E procurement, delivery schedules, and installations.
- Support project closeout activities including punch lists and turnover documentation.
- Maintain project records and reporting using project management software.
- Collaborate with hotel operations teams to minimize disruption during active renovations.
Non-negotiable skills and requirements:
- 5+ years of project management experience supporting construction, commercial fit-out, property improvement, engineering, or renovation projects.
- Strong understanding of construction workflows and project lifecycles.
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
