Job Description:

• Manage renovation and construction projects from pre-construction through project completion.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and vendors.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.
• Track project documentation, permits, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Review construction drawings, scopes of work, and contractor proposals.
• Facilitate project meetings and provide detailed status updates to stakeholders.
• Identify project risks and proactively recommend solutions.
• Ensure project timelines and budgets are maintained.
• Coordinate FF&E procurement, delivery schedules, and installations.
• Support project closeout activities including punch lists and turnover documentation.
• Maintain project records and reporting using project management software.
• Collaborate with hotel operations teams to minimize disruption during active renovations.

Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

• 5+ years of project management experience supporting construction, commercial fit-out, property improvement, engineering, or renovation projects.
• Strong understanding of construction workflows and project lifecycles.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
