The
Commercial
Construction Project Manager III
is responsible for leading cross-functional teams to successfully deliver projects on time, within budget, and aligned with business objectives. This role drives planning, execution, and overall project performance while ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction.


This individual will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, manage resources effectively, and collaborate closely with senior leadership and field operations. Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills are essential.

• Develop and execute short- and long-term project plans, including milestones, timelines, and deliverables
• Lead and delegate project tasks to ensure efficient execution and accountability
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
• Collaborate with Senior Project Managers, APMs, and Field Operations to define scope, goals, risks, and resource needs
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, both independently and as part of a team
• Monitor and maintain project budgets, cost-to-complete (CTC), and financial performance
• Ensure projects remain on schedule, within scope, and aligned with quality standards
