In this role, you will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, administering access and identity management processes, automating operational workflows, and supporting enterprise platforms such as CRM, contact center, ticketing, and internal business applications. You will play a vital role in maintaining system reliability, improving user experiences, and driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Technical Support & Issue Resolution

• Triage, investigate, and resolve technical support tickets across multiple enterprise systems and applications.
• Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions.
• Escalate complex technical problems to engineering teams while ensuring timely resolution.
• Serve as a trusted resource for internal users experiencing system or application issues.

Business Systems Administration

• Administer and support critical business applications, platforms, and operational tools.
• Configure system settings, manage user permissions, and maintain platform functionality.
• Ensure business systems operate efficiently, securely, and in alignment with organizational requirements.

Identity & Access Management
