This fully remote role offers the opportunity to bridge business needs and technology solutions across a range of projects and operational initiatives.


You’ll work closely with business leaders, system owners, developers, and end users to understand challenges and translate them into effective requirements.


The position combines business analysis, project support, system optimization, testing, quality assurance, and technical problem-solving.


You’ll help evaluate existing systems, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop recommendations that support better business outcomes.


Strong communication and stakeholder management will be essential as you navigate complex requirements and explain technical concepts to diverse audiences.


You’ll manage multiple projects with limited direction while maintaining a strong focus on quality, timelines, and customer satisfaction.


The role also provides an opportunity to mentor other analysts and contribute to continuous improvement across the organization.


Accountabilities

• Maintain comprehensive documentation covering databases, production processes, business requirements, and project deliverables.
• Conduct interviews, workshops, surveys, and other discovery activities with business leaders, end users, system owners, and stakeholders to understand their needs and objectives.
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear, structured business analysis documentation.
• Partner closely with development teams throughout solution design, development, and implementation to ensure requirements remain aligned with project objectives.
