# Role Overview

The Business Strategy & Operations Analyst supports the Security & Infrastructure team serving Health100 and PCW. This mid-level role combines strategy and operations with UX/UI thinking, executive storytelling, digital content management, and communication ownership to improve alignment, engagement, and execution.

The analyst owns executive PowerPoint design, SharePoint experiences, newsletters, leadership updates, and organizational communications. The role translates complex technical initiatives, risks, priorities, and results into clear, actionable content for executive, technical, business, and enterprise audiences.
