About this role
We are looking for a
Business Solutions Analyst – Legal
to join a specialist technology business delivering software and business systems solutions to government, public sector, federal, legal and professional services clients.
This is a client-facing Business Analysis role covering the full
System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
and
Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS)
implementation lifecycle, with a focus on
legal software and business systems
. You will be involved from requirements gathering through to configuration, delivery and support.
The role is
remote and based in the United States
. Candidates must be
legally authorised to work in the US
. Comp is $90-110k + Bens + Benefits
The role would suit an experienced Business Analyst with strong software delivery experience and, ideally, knowledge of legal systems such as
case management, matter management, document management, workflow automation or collaboration platforms
.
The Role
You will work closely with external clients, internal delivery teams and subject matter experts to understand business needs, define requirements and support the delivery of effective technology solutions.
You will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, managing and tracing requirements, while also supporting system configuration, testing, implementation and post-delivery support.
This is a varied role in a small, collaborative team, requiring someone who can manage multiple projects, switch between priorities and work effectively in a professional services environment with time-tracking and billable-hour expectations.
