Summary:
The Business Solutions Analyst III is a senior-level expert responsible for leading enterprise-wide projects and program operations with significant strategic impact. This role serves as a thought leader and advisor, driving innovation, standardization, and continuous improvement across program management functions. The Analyst IV provides technical and functional leadership, influences organizational strategy, and operates with a high degree of autonomy in solving highly complex problems.

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:
- Strong government contracting experience, to include complex CLIN structures and invoice/payment terms
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make decisions in complex and uncertain scenarios
