The Role
We are looking for a high-caliber
Business Operations Manager
to join our team, reporting to the CEO. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, product execution, and go-to-market initiatives, you will act as an internal consultant and strategic quarterback. You will tackle ambiguous, high-impact business challenges, untangle complex operational bottlenecks, and design the workflows required to scale our platform globally.


This role requires a unique mix of rigorous quantitative analysis, strategic foresight, and exceptional relationship-building. You will frequently work across engineering, data science, and business development to align priorities, and frequently driving major initiatives.


Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex, cross-functional special projects from concept to execution (e.g., evaluating new market entry strategies, optimizing customer onboarding pipelines, or structuring commercial pricing frameworks).
• Build the quantitative models, dashboards, and frameworks necessary to track company-wide KPIs and evaluate new business opportunities.
• Serve as the connective tissue between technical AI/ML engineering teams, product managers, and commercial leads to drive alignment on high-priority company objectives.
• Audit existing startup processes, identify bottlenecks, and design highly efficient, scalable workflows that allow our operations to keep pace with our technical scaling.
