Ideal Candidates Will Possess

• Experience supporting healthcare data integrations and automation platforms
• Experience with UM authorization workflows and clinical guidelines
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across clinical, compliance, and technology teams

Position Purpose:
Analyze moderately complex business objectives and engage closely with stakeholder to define product requirements and ensure implementation of product vision. Own the end-to-end product strategy from concept to production.

• Research and analyze complex business system issues and develop recommendations to improve processes
• Lead meetings to surface issues, identify fixes, and advance projects continuously communicating product objectives
• Build a backlog of product features ensuring all items are clearly described, estimated and prioritized
• Collaborate with technical teams to build modular and reusable solutions
• Simulate and test process systems improvements considering usability and industry standards
