We are currently seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to join our data and analytics team in the United States.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reporting systems
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and business insights
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting requirements
• Develop KPIs and performance metrics to support strategic decision-making
• Build and optimize data models and ETL processes
• Create visualizations using BI tools to communicate insights clearly
• Support data-driven decision-making across departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
• Strong proficiency in SQL and Excel
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms
• Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and data modeling
• Familiarity with Python or R is an advantage
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
