Must Have:
Education: Bachelor’s degree required.


Experience: Minimum 1 year of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.


Skills & Abilities:
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.


Work requires professional written and verbal communication.


Strong proficiency of MS Excel (vlookups, pivot tables/charts a must), Word, and PowerPoint.


Ability to capture and document business and reporting requirements from multiple sources.


Ability to support simultaneous data analysis requests of varying size and scope.


Ability to run and maintain complex models and databases that perform analysis, organize data and create reports from various sources.


WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (Job Overview):**
provide quantitative and qualitative analysis and decision support for business operations, planning and development, and program/project activities covering areas such as business development, human resources, finance, risk, administration, budget management, business information systems, logistics and contracts. Assist with determining customer requirements and translating them into organizational plans. Typically develop information on budget status, workforce level, equipment availability, and other business unit capabilities. May perform certain operational activities on behalf of business unit.
