Role Overview

Concorde is seeking to hire
a Business Data and Implementation Analyst
to support the continued expansion of company services and the execution of internal and external business development initiatives. This role sits within the Business Development (BizDev) department and focuses on
data‑driven evaluation, implementation readiness, and execution enablement
for growth opportunities.

The Business Data and Implementation Analyst partners closely with BizDev leadership, Operations, IT, and Finance to assess new business opportunities, evaluate operational and technical feasibility, and support the transition from approved opportunity to executable solution. The role emphasizes
data interpretation, requirements translation, and implementation alignment
, ensuring that growth initiatives are grounded in operational reality and measurable outcomes.

This position is well suited for a mid‑to‑senior‑level analyst who combines strong analytical capability with practical implementation insight and who can operate effectively at the intersection of data, systems, and business execution.

What You Will Do

Business Development & Opportunity Evaluation

- Support evaluation of new business development opportunities, including prospective clients, service expansions, niche markets, and industry‑specific use cases.
- Analyze external requirements, submission models, data exchange needs, reporting expectations, and operational dependencies associated with prospective clients or partners.
- Conduct market and industry research to assess alignment between external needs and Concorde’s service capabilities, systems, and delivery model.
