About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our Reimbursement Policy team within the Payment Integrity department. This role is pivotal in supporting reimbursement policy governance and related business operations by conducting research, performing detailed analysis, and developing comprehensive documentation. The Business Analyst will be responsible for eliciting, documenting, and tracking business and functional requirements to improve processes, reporting, and operational workflows. The role involves maintaining governance artifacts, supporting process improvements, and ensuring accurate, timely execution of reimbursement initiatives. Additionally, the Business Analyst will support ad-hoc workgroups, prepare summaries, briefs, and reports to facilitate decision-making and ensure compliance with governance standards.
