About The Role
The Business Systems Analyst at Optum serves as a vital link between business stakeholders and technology teams. This role involves analyzing business needs, eliciting and documenting detailed requirements, supporting solution design, and facilitating testing and implementation of system enhancements. The position offers flexibility to telecommute from anywhere within the U.S., or for residents of Richardson, TX, a hybrid-remote work arrangement. • 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Analysis
