About The Role
We are seeking a talented and motivated AI Engineer to join our expanding internal AI team. This role is pivotal in developing intelligent tools that support and streamline various operational aspects of the organization. The AI Engineer will work closely with operational leadership and a small, dynamic development team to design and implement AI-powered applications that address real-world challenges. The primary focus will be on creating solutions that utilize large language models, natural language interfaces, and retrieval-augmented generation pipelines to extract actionable insights from operational and ERP data sources. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI development, a passion for solving complex problems, and the ability to translate ambiguous requirements into practical, high-impact solutions.
Qualifications
- Current residence in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in building and deploying software with AI or machine learning components.
- Hands-on experience with large language model APIs and prompt engineering techniques.
- Proven experience in developing retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipelines.
