## About the Role

Taazaa is seeking a Project Manager / Business Analyst to support the innovation and change pipeline for an enterprise client engagement. This role provides project management and business analysis support across two to four major initiatives at a time, while owning the operating discipline behind the pipeline, including intake, documentation, visibility, metrics, and continuity across concurrent efforts.

The role combines project execution, business analysis, stakeholder support, process improvement, and change adoption. The successful candidate will work within a complex, matrixed organization, collaborate with business unit and firm leadership, and help move vision and adoption work forward between leadership touchpoints. This is an ongoing, multi-year engagement with a remote U.S. work arrangement and core working hours aligned with U.S. Eastern Time, including overlap with Indian Standard Time.

## Key Responsibilities

### Pipeline Management

\* Own the intake, movement, and documentation of ideas, issues, and solutions.

\* Maintain the key details and metadata required to keep the pipeline usable.

\* Manage intake and pipeline movement while tracking pipeline performance and metrics.

\* Identify and implement opportunities to automate pipeline processes.

\* Manage processes manually when automation is not appropriate or available.

\* Own shared visibility tools, such as SharePoint, and keep stakeholder-facing information current.

\* Maintain a catalog of solutions in progress and delivered.

### Stakeholder & Liaison Support

\* Contribute to a liaison community spanning multiple business units.

\* Reinforce expectations and behaviors across the liaison community.

\* Support regular touchpoints with business unit and firm leadership to establish goals, priorities, and progress measures.
