## About the Role

Eliassen Group is seeking a \*\*Business Analyst\*\* to own requirements end to end for a client engagement. The role will elicit, document, manage, and trace requirements through user stories and acceptance criteria while coordinating change control, feasibility reviews, and stakeholder signoffs.

The Business Analyst will also reconcile requirements from multiple sources into a master requirements registry and lead standardization efforts across regional performance management teams. This is a \*\*remote W2 contract\*\* position requiring collaboration with stakeholders across the United States, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

## Key Responsibilities

\* Elicit requirements from stakeholders and create user stories with clear acceptance criteria for development teams.

\* Analyze and explain requirements from a user experience perspective.

\* Create and maintain process maps, Excel tables, PowerPoint presentations, and related requirements artifacts.

\* Translate high-level business needs into detailed, testable, clear, and unambiguous requirements.

\* Maintain a \*\*requirements traceability matrix\*\* linking requirements to build objects and test cases.

\* Manage change control and assess scope and timeline impacts before backlog intake.

\* Confirm technical feasibility, including configuration versus custom development, with technical leads.

\* Obtain business stakeholder signoffs at key stage gates.

\* Inventory existing requirement sources to identify gaps and clarify requirements.

\* Contribute to a master requirements registry and identify conflicting or duplicate requirements for resolution.

\* Document current-state processes across regional performance management teams, including timing, processes, roles, forms, and dashboards.
