Sapiens is seeking an Associate Business Analyst to join its North America team in a fully remote, US-based position. Working under guided supervision, you will support the implementation and enhancement of software products for new and existing clients.

This role focuses on understanding business needs, documenting requirements, supporting software testing, and helping ensure that delivered solutions meet client objectives. It offers an opportunity to develop business analysis skills while gaining experience with life and annuity insurance products, cloud-based solutions, and software implementation.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop product knowledge and build an understanding of the insurance industry.

•Learn and follow internal processes, standards, and best practices.

•Build foundational skills in business modeling, requirements analysis, and iterative software development methodologies.

•Participate in client discussions to understand business goals and gather requirements.

•Assist with preparing project deliverables, including business requirements documents, test plans, and user guides, with guidance from experienced team members.

•Support functional testing and user acceptance testing to verify that software meets design specifications and business requirements.

•Help investigate and analyze client-reported issues, defects, and system problems.

•Participate in internal design and review meetings to understand technical implementations.

•Assist the project management team in identifying and communicating potential risks, scope-related issues, and opportunities for improvement.
