About The Role
We are currently seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in San Diego, California, with the flexibility of remote work within the USA. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between scientific and commercial business units and IT teams within the life sciences industry. The ideal candidate will possess over 10 years of relevant experience and demonstrate a deep understanding of the regulatory and operational nuances specific to the life sciences sector.


The Business Analyst will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex business requirements, mapping functional specifications, and facilitating testing processes such as User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The role involves engaging directly with stakeholders from R&D, clinical operations, and commercial teams to ensure IT solutions align with industry standards and regulatory compliance. The candidate will serve as a critical link between technical teams and business users, translating technical jargon into understandable business language and ensuring project deliverables meet client expectations.
