Accountabilities

• Gather, review, analyze, and document system and user requirements from business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project goals, scope, timelines, priorities, and expected outcomes.
• Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications to support development, testing, and implementation.
• Monitor and analyze system usage, including overrides, exceptions, validation handling, recurring errors, and inefficient user workflows.
• Analyze user feedback, survey results, usage statistics, and other information to validate requirements and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Track, organize, and prioritize assigned projects while proactively communicating status, risks, delays, and roadblocks.
