ServiceLink, one of the top providers in the mortgage services industry seeks a talented, ambitious, self-directed information technology professional to guide the product management life cycle process from conception to launch working closely with the business, information technology, sales, marketing and support to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.


This is a hybrid role, and will be required to work in-office at our Plano, TX or Moon Twp., PA office at least 3 days per week. Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance of one of these offices and be willing to work in-office on a regular basis.

In this role, you will...
ServiceLink is seeking a highly motivated
Business Analyst - Client Integrations
to support the onboarding and technical integration of clients into ServiceLink's platforms. The role works across product, engineering, QA, and operations to gather requirements, design workflows, map events, and guide integrations through successful delivery.
