About the Role
The Senior Content and Brand Manager will lead REE Medical’s brand strategy, content programs, and reputation management work, building a brand that veterans trust. This role owns the voice, the story, the visual identity, and the public perception of REE Medical across every customer touchpoint: from social media, owned content, and influencer partnerships to event presence, consultation experience materials, and the messages that shape what veterans say about us. You will own brand management and standards end-to-end, build and maintain a content framework that supports demand generation and customer education, and lead reputation management in a trust-challenged category where competitive defense and proactive advocacy are equally important.
The ideal candidate is a brand builder and a culturally fluent communicator: someone who has owned brand management at a senior level, can manage a small team and agency relationships, is comfortable operating in a regulated, scrutinized category, understands competitive landscaping and voice-of-Veteran research, and who brings genuine respect for and understanding of the veteran community.
Key Responsibilities
- **Brand Management**: Own REE Medical’s brand management end-to-end: brand positioning, voice and tone, visual identity, and brand standards governance across every channel and customer touchpoint.
- **Agency Management**: Lead agency in brand alignment, content management, and editorial planning, building a publishing calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, veteran cultural moments, and lead-generation priorities.
- **Content Management**: Partner with Marketing team members on cross-channel content (SEO, landing pages, lifecycle email programs, collateral, and more) and collaborate with and support internal stakeholders and teams (Partnership, Outreach, and more), ensuring brand consistency, voice integrity, and content that supports performance discipline.
