About the Opportunity

The organization is seeking a detail-oriented and execution-focused
Business Analyst
to support the delivery of AI-driven digital transformation initiatives. This role will partner closely with the Senior Product Manager and cross-functional teams to document requirements, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the delivery of compliant, scalable AI-enabled solutions across marketing and communications.

The ideal candidate will have experience analyzing complex workflows, writing business and functional requirements, and working within regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or life sciences. A strong grasp of compliance-aware technology and the ability to manage detailed documentation and user stories is essential.

This is a remote role that reports to the Senior Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities

*Requirements Gathering & Documentation*

• Work closely with the Senior Product Manager to capture and refine business and functional requirements for AI-driven workflows, platforms, and digital tools.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
• Write clear and detailed documentation including business requirement documents (BRDs), functional requirement specifications (FRS), and user stories with acceptance criteria.
• Maintain version-controlled documentation and traceability throughout the development lifecycle.

*Workflow & Process Analysis*

• Analyze existing workflows across strategy, creative, and compliance processes to identify areas of automation and efficiency gains through AI integration.
• Create visual process models, user flows, and data maps using tools such as Miro or LucidChart.
