About The Role
We are seeking a dedicated remote Business Analyst who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity. The Business Analyst will play a vital role in bridging the gap between business needs and technical solutions by gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements. This position involves facilitating discussions with stakeholders, defining current and future state processes, and supporting solution design through visual aids such as wireframes. The Business Analyst will manage requirements through approval processes and support testing and deployment activities, including developing UAT plans and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Serving as a critical liaison between business stakeholders, IT, and cross-functional teams, the Business Analyst will translate complex needs into clear, actionable insights while maintaining high standards for documentation and project consistency.
