About The Role
We are seeking a curious and pragmatic Business Analyst who excels in a fast-paced, multi-faceted environment. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting various initiatives across departments such as Technology, Product, Finance, HR, and Operations. Your primary responsibility will be to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, creating process maps, workflows, and specifications that guide technical and non-technical teams. You will work closely with Project Managers and stakeholders to uncover needs, identify pain points, and develop actionable insights that drive project success.
