Jr. Business Analyst – Support Services
Location:
Atlanta, GA (Hybrid)


Candidates must reside in the Atlanta metropolitan area and be able to report to the office located on Flowers Road, Atlanta, GA 30341, every Wednesday. Remote work is permitted on other approved workdays.


Position Summary


Samyak Solution Inc. is seeking a highly motivated Business Systems Analyst to support mission-critical programs by analyzing business processes, developing low-code solutions, and delivering data-driven insights that enhance operational effectiveness.


Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy low-code solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Gather, document, and validate business and functional requirements.
• Perform data mining, analytics, modeling, and visualization using Excel and Power BI.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and recurring reports.
• Participate in meetings with senior officials from HHS, ASPR, and SNS.
• Research, collect, compile, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative information.
• Prepare recommendations and briefings for senior leadership.
• Maintain stakeholder relationships and support program objectives.
• Support emergency management and incident response activities as required.
• Perform other related business analysis and program support tasks.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Required Skills
Minimum four (4) years of relevant professional experience.

• Power Apps, Power Automate, and Data verse development experience.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• Power BI and Excel data analytics experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
